1. The astronomy and timing of the New Moon in Scorpio
According to NASA/JPL DE421 planetary ephemeris data, the New Moon in Scorpio takes place on November 9, 2026 at 07:02 UTC. In tropical astrology, a New Moon occurs when the Sun and Moon meet at the exact same degree of the ecliptic (0° conjunction).
Because the Moon moves through all twelve signs every 27.3 days, each monthly lunation highlights one specific sector of the zodiac wheel. When this alignment lands in Scorpio — a fixed water sign ruled by Mars & Pluto — the collective atmosphere shifts toward transformation.
Every New Moon in Scorpio is an invitation to pause, look at Portal 8 in your own chart, and let transformation lead your next step.
2. Portal 8: Scorpio, Jeremiel and the Merkaba
In the Alpha & Omega twelve-portal cosmology, Scorpio is Portal 8. Its classical element is Water, its core strength is transformation, and in angelic tradition it is paired with the guardian Jeremiel.
Visually, Portal 8 carries the sacred geometry of the Merkaba and resonates with the 852 Hz guardian frequency. Keeping science as science and tradition as tradition, we use the astronomical exactness of the New Moon as a natural calendar reminder to return to stillness, align your energy and welcome transformation, abundance and love into daily life.
