1. When the Sun enters Scorpio: the opening of Portal 8
Every year, as the Earth travels around the Sun, the Sun's apparent position along the ecliptic enters Scorpio and marks the solar passage through this thirty-degree sector of the tropical ecliptic. In our twelve-portal cosmology, this solar ingress opens Portal 8 — a thirty-day season focused on transformation.
As a fixed water sign ruled by Mars & Pluto, Scorpio invites everyone — regardless of their birth Sun sign — to bring more transformation into their daily routines, relationships and creative work.
Portal 8 (Scorpio) reminds us that transformation is not a rare accident — it is a rhythm we can practice every day.
2. The sacred geometry of Scorpio: Merkaba and Jeremiel
Each of the twelve zodiac portals is paired with a classical geometric form and a guardian figure from angelic tradition. For Portal 8 (Scorpio), the geometric emblem is the Merkaba, and the traditional guardian is Jeremiel.
In contemplative practice, gazing softly at the Merkaba before listening to music gives the eyes a quiet point of symmetry, helping the mind settle before the first note even begins.
